This 1950’s Cuban stlye Latin restaurant & bar is an up and coming spot in the West Village. The food and cocktails are Hispanic / Latin American inspired, and the main feature of the room is the custom-made Italian marble bar.
The nights in this barclub can be described as “new wave/80s/90/s/alternativepop” and tend to start after 1 or 2 in the morning, so not really any point in getting there before. Oh, it’s pretty small as well.
This old theatre in Praça de Espanha transforms into a club on the first Friday of every month. The music is fantastic, although the police come sometimes to ask to turn the music down.
